How to manually add a trip

If one of your trips wasn’t recorded, fear not! You can manually add it using Cardata.

To add a missed trip, follow these steps:

Step one:

Open Cardata.

Step two:

Tap My Trips at the bottom right corner of your Driver Dashboard.

Step three:

Tap Add Trip.

Step four:

You’ll start by adding the date you took the trip. If you’re adding a trip from today, skip to step 5.

If the trip is from a previous day, tap the text box displaying today’s date. This will open a calendar. Tap the date you took the missed trip and press Set date

Step five:

Now, you’ll add the trip’s starting point. Tap the text box under Start.

If the starting point is a previously saved location: Scroll through the stops listed under the Stops tab, or search for the name of your Stop. Once you’ve located the correct stop, tap it.

If the starting point isn’t a saved location: Tap the Address tab, near the top of the screen. Search for the address, and tap it once it appears. Then, name the stop and tap Submit. In the future, you’ll be able to find this address in your Saved Stops.

Step six:

To add the trip’s endpoint, tap the text box under End and repeat step five.

Step seven:

In the text box under Business purpose, explain the reason for your business trip (ex. dropping off a parcel).

Step eight:

Tap Add trip.

If you successfully added the trip, you’ll be automatically redirected to the Trips screen. You should see a brief “Your trip has been added!” message near the top of the Trips screen.

You should now have added your missed trip!
