How does my address affect my reimbursement?

Cardata reimbursements are region sensitive, meaning your reimbursements match the gas prices in your region. Your home address or your office address may be used to determine your region and the relevant gas prices.

We track the daily average fuel price in your region to calculate a monthly average fuel price. We then use the monthly average fuel price, along with the fuel economy of your company's standard vehicle, to calculate a per-mile reimbursement rate.
