How to submit your annual odometer declaration

As per IRS guidelines, you need to complete an annual odometer declaration before January 30th. 

Follow these steps to get it done:

1. Log in to Cardata Cloud. 

2. After logging in, you’ll see a red No Annual Declaration bar next to your traffic light status. In that bar, click the annual declaration link to open the Odometer Declaration page. 

   

3. In the text box next to 'Current Odometer,' enter your current odometer reading and click Update. 

   

4. Check off the box next to "I declare the above information to be true." 

   

5. Click the Submit Compliance Declaration button to complete your odometer declaration. 

Congrats, your annual odometer declaration should now be complete!
