Who can I contact if my username isn't working?

Your Cardata username can be found in your Cardata welcome email.

Before you reach out to a member of our team, please make sure the username you entered exactly matches the one provided in your welcome email. The email's subject line is your company's name, followed by "has added you to Cardata. Register now!"
