How to change your address

If you recently moved, you’ll need to update your home address on Cardata.

Please note that not all drivers are able to update their home address from the app. If there is a More Info button below your home address on the Edit Profile screen, tap it to get contact info for a member of your company's admin team. Reach out to them to request an address change.

Follow these steps to update your home address on Cardata: 

1. Open Cardata.

2. Open the side menu by tapping the three-line menu icon at the top left corner of your Driver Dashboard.

   

3. Tap Profile.

   
   

   

4. From your profile, tap Edit profile.

   
   

   

5. The Edit Profile screen will display your current address, followed by an Edit button. Tap the Edit button.

   
   

   

6. Enter your address (include the address number and street name), city, state/province, and ZIP/postal code.

   

7. Press Save. 

   
   
   

   

Nice, you should now have updated your address! If only unpacking was that easy.
