How to adjust a trip's mileage

You may need to occasionally adjust a trip’s mileage. Follow the steps to do that. You'll also find a video walkthrough at the bottom of this article.

1. From the Edit Trip screen, tap the purple Adjust button next to the total trip mileage number. 

   

2. You should now be on the Adjust Distance screen. Under ‘New Distance,’ enter the trip’s total mileage.

3. Under ‘Adjustment Reason,’ enter the reason for the mileage adjustment.

   

   
   

4. Tap Update Distance.

   

5. If the adjustment was successful, the total trip distance shown on the Edit Trip page will now reflect the amount you entered.

6. Tap Save changes.

   

Your trip mileage should have been updated!
