What should I do when I see an 'Action Required' message?

If an ‘Action required’ message appears at the top of your side menu, it means that some of your information is missing or needs to be updated. 

Follow these steps to determine what action we require from you: 

  1. Tap Profile.
  2. You should see a red dot to the left of one or more tabs (My banking, insurance, or car.)
  3. Tap the tab with a red dot. 
  4. A new screen will open. You’ll find information on why action is required, and the steps you can take to complete the required action.

Try to complete the required tasks as soon as possible to avoid any issues with your reimbursement.
