How to log in with SSO
Has your company enabled SSO (single sign-on)?
If yes, you will no longer use the main login screens to log in to Cardata Cloud and the app. The good news is that you don’t need to worry about a Cardata username or password. Lucky!!!
In this article, we'll focus on logging into the app, but these instructions can be used to log in to Cardata Cloud as well.
- Open the Cardata app on your device.
Tap Log in.
Tap Continue with SSO.
Enter your work email and tap Next.
You’ll get redirected to your identity provider's login flow. Follow the instructions shown on the screen to log in.
- You’ll get redirected back to the app, only this time, you should be logged in. Enjoy!
Things to note: As part of our commitment to security Cardata automatically logs you out every 60 days to verify your identity. In an effort to provide more transparency around this feature we have improved the way you are notified of automatic logouts.
To keep you informed of when this will happen, we will send notifications 15 days and 10 days prior to the scheduled logout. These notifications will remind you to log out and back in to maintain continuous access.
Keeping push notifications enabled is essential to fully benefit from this feature.
If you do not complete the login refresh within this timeframe, you will be automatically logged out of Cardata. Please be aware that any trips tracked during this period may not be recorded.
