Low Power Mode (iOS)

Low Power Mode is designed to help conserve battery life on your device; however, it may also affect the performance of your Cardata app. When Low Power Mode is enabled, there is a risk that trips may be missed due to the app being closed. To ensure optimal performance and to avoid any interruptions, we strongly recommend disabling Low Power Mode while using the Cardata app.

Follow these steps to turn off Low Power Mode.

1. Navigate to your device's Settings page. To clarify, this is the Settings page for your phone/tablet, not the Cardata app. To open the settings screen, find and tap the gears app icon.

   

2. Tap Battery.

   

3. Tap the green toggle to the right of Low Power Mode. You want the toggle to be the color gray.

   
   

   If the toggle is gray when you open the Settings page, battery optimization is already turned off and you don't need to tap the toggle.
