What is the "Tap to sync" button for?
So you've taken notice of the new Tap to sync button? Let's discuss!
After a trip has been tracked, it goes through a brief period in a queue, where it waits to get processed and submitted to Cardata. Once submitted, the trip will appear on your Driver Dashboard and the My Trips screen. The vast majority of your trips will be successfully processed shortly after the trip is completed.
If your recent trips aren't appearing on My Trips or your Driver Dashboard, you can opt to tap the Tap to sync button. This will push queued trips to be immediately processed and submitted so they appear in your app. This is totally optional—your trips will be processed and submitted regardless of whether you use this button.
