What happens when my device disconnects from a network?



When Cardata Mobile looks like this disconnects from a network area, it's because your device is in SOS mode. Your device enters SOS mode when it isn't connected to a cellular network, which typically happens in rural areas. During this time, Cardata Mobile isn't able to display your trip history.

Cardata Mobile will still track and record trips while you're in SOS mode. Keep in mind that new trips won't appear until the trip has ended and you've reconnected to a cellular network.


You can tap the Refresh button anytime. If you've reconnected to a cellular network, this button will bring your trips back.
