Review driver insurance status

Managers

When drivers submit their insurance documents, admins and managers can now easily track the submission status within Cloud. To view the status of a driver's submission, follow the steps below:

1. Login to your Cardata account through Cloud
2. Click Driver Profile
3. Click Insurance

You will see the Insurance Status & Expiration Date of the submission.

Insurance Status Definitions

Under review: The driver has submitted their insurance documents and our team is reviewing them.

Approved: The driver has submitted insurance and it has been approved.

Awaiting Insurance: The driver has updated their vehicle or is a new driver who has not yet submitted.

Items Missing: The driver has submitted their insurance documents but some items are missing.

Expired:The driver's insurance is expired.
