Scheduled and Push Reporting
What is push reporting?
Push reporting refers to the automated delivery of reports to designated recipients on a scheduled basis. Instead of logging in to check dashboards, users receive the reports directly in their inbox; daily, weekly, monthly, or at any frequency you choose, ensuring the right insights reach the right people without any manual steps.
How do I set up scheduled reports?
Need to keep external stakeholders or cross-functional teams in the loop? Instead of exporting dashboards manually, you can now schedule recurring exports of any full dashboard view in Cardata Intelligence.
This is ideal for sharing high-level program metrics on a regular basis without requiring login access or extra steps.
Can I send reports to people outside my organization?
No, reports can only be shared with Cardata Admins who have a Cardata account. Cardata includes 10 free Admin accounts. If you need additional users let us know.
Who receives scheduled reports
Anyone can receive scheduled reports. You can send them to internal team members, cross-functional stakeholders, or any external email address you choose. Just specify the recipients when setting up the report schedule.
Can I customize the email template or sender for scheduled reports?
Yes you can add a custom message to your subscribers on the scheduled reports accordingly.
