Who can access Cardata Intelligence in my company
Access to Cardata Intelligence is currently limited to administrators and designated managers. These roles have the ability to view, explore, and manage reporting within the platform. If you need additional users to have access, please connect with your CSM to explore options.
Can I control who sees which dashboards?
While dashboard-level visibility isn't permission-based today, you can control access by sharing dashboards and reports through scheduled emails, push reporting, or by exporting specific views. This allows you to send the right insights to the right people, without giving full access to the platform.
How are user permissions managed
User permissions in Cardata Intelligence are managed through your Customer Success Manager (CSM). If you need to update access levels, such as assigning or removing admin rights or changing who can create and share reports, please contact your CSM. They will help ensure the right people have the right level of access.
Is there a viewer-only mode?
While there isn’t a dedicated viewer-only mode within Cardata Intelligence today, you can easily share insights by exporting reports or dashboards in XSLX, CSV, or PNG formats. You can also set up custom alerts and push reporting to automatically deliver scheduled insights to specific stakeholders, keeping everyone informed without requiring them to log into the platform.
- Custom Alerts:
- Set up email notifications based on specific thresholds, anomalies, or trends. Alerts help ensure your team knows when key data shifts occur, without manual checking.
- Push Reporting:
- Schedule recurring reports (weekly, monthly, etc.) to land in inboxes automatically. Great for sharing compliance summaries, mileage trends, or team-specific performance snapshots.
