Compliance and Security

How accurate is the data in Cardata Intelligence?

The data in Cardata Intelligence is highly accurate because it comes directly from the information your drivers provide. Cardata does not alter or estimate the data. We simply surface and visualize it to help you interpret what’s happening in your program. Accuracy depends on the quality and completeness of the input data from your team.

Where is the data coming from?

The data comes directly from your organization, it's the information your drivers and admins input through the Cardata platform. Keep in mind, when you first access Cardata Intelligence, your dashboards may appear empty or incomplete until mileage and activity start being recorded. This is totally normal and will populate as your program usage begins.

Is Cardata Intelligence secure?

Yes, Cardata Intelligence is SOC 2 compliant, meaning it meets strict industry standards for data security, availability, and confidentiality. Your data is protected through secure infrastructure and robust access controls, ensuring only authorized users can access it. Your data, your way, securely.

Can I audit or trace where the data is coming from?

Each report in Cardata Intelligence is built from your program’s source data, such as driver reimbursement records, mileage logs, and vehicle information. You can view field-level definitions and, in many cases, trace key metrics back to their originating data tables. For more detailed audits, your Customer Success Manager can help validate data sources and lineage.
