Gain complete visibility into your program performance with Cardata Intelligence.Enhanced dashboards, flexible filtering tools, and built-in anomaly detection help you surface and explore the insights that matter most, fast. These features give you multiple ways to monitor performance, investigate trends, and drill into details without needing to build custom reports from scratch.There are multiple ways to interact with your data, depending on your goal:

Filtering the Dashboard

The Cardata Intelligence dashboard consists of two sections: Program Overview and Compliance (for report visualizations) and Detailed Reports (for in-depth data tables). You can apply filters to the entire dashboard using the options at the top of the page.Here's how:
  1. Select the Company Name Start by selecting the Company Name. Begin typing the company name into the search field and choose the correct result from the dropdown

  1. Filter by Trip Date

Next, set a filter for Trip Date.

You can choose between: Rolling (e.g., last 6 months)

Fixed (specific date range)

In this example, “Trip Date On or after Last 6 Months” has been selected.


  1. Filter by Reimbursement Date Apply a filter for Reimbursement Date using the same Rolling or Fixed logic.

Here, the filter is set to “Reimbursement Date On or after Last 12 Months.”



  1. Review and Save Filters

At the top of your dashboard, you’ll see a preview of all filters applied. You can choose to save this view for quicker access in the future.


Program Overview and Compliance Tab

Cardata Intelligence includes a curated set of default dashboard visualizations that give you a high-level summary of your program performance, no setup required. These visuals are organized into key sections:
  • Overview & Compliance
  • Driver Trips
  • Driver Reimbursements
These dashboards help you monitor participation, compliance, and reimbursement activity across your workforce. Use them to quickly understand what’s working, what needs attention, and how your program is trending over time.

OVERVIEW AND COMPLIANCE

This section provides a real-time snapshot of overall program activity and health. You’ll find metrics and charts that reflect user engagement and compliance status.Key visualizations include:
  • Active Driver Count: Total number of drivers currently enrolled in the program.
  • Active Admin Count: Number of admin users who have access to manage the program.
  • Manager Count: Number of manager-level users supporting driver oversight.
  • Reimbursement Eligibility Chart: A compliance status breakdown:

🟢 Green – Fully compliant

🟡 Yellow – Partial issues

🔴 Red – Non-compliant

  • Monthly Participation Trends: rend cards show activity over time, such as new drivers added or off-boarded. Example: “1 new driver added, 2 off-boarded in May.”
These visualizations give you a quick view of program engagement and risk, and can help inform follow-up actions.

DRIVER TRIPS


This section focuses on mileage behavior and trip activity.


Key visualizations include:


  • Top Drivers by Mileage

Identify drivers logging the highest total mileage to spot high-utilization or outlier behavior.

  • Trip Count Manual vs. Tracked

Compare manual versus automatically tracked trips to assess driver compliance and tracking adoption.

  • Trip Mileage Manual vs. Tracked

Evaluate how much mileage is being logged manually vs. automatically to surface potential data integrity issues.

  • Trips with Adjustments

Understand how often and in what direction mileage is being manually adjusted (additions or subtractions).

  • Drivers with No Mileage This Month

Flag drivers who are not recording any mileage in the current period, which could indicate disengagement, app issues, or non-driving roles.

  • Registration Status

Monitor driver onboarding and app adoption by tracking registration completion rates.



DRIVER REIMBURSEMENTS


This section summarizes reimbursement activity based on company policy.


Key visualizations include:


  • Drivers Eligible for Reimbursement

Track the number of drivers eligible for reimbursement each month, along with total business mileage and reimbursed amounts.

  • Mileage Band Audit

Visualize how many drivers are over, under, or on track with expected mileage ranges — helping you monitor compliance.

  • Count of Drivers With vs Without Logged Mileage

Compare drivers logging mileage vs. those who are not, over time, to identify participation trends.

  • Average Fixed and Variable Rates

Understand average fixed and variable reimbursement rates applied per driver to gauge cost consistency.

  • Average Monthly Reimbursed Mileage

Track how average reimbursed mileage per driver is trending month over month.

  • Average Monthly Reimbursement

Visualize average dollar reimbursement per driver to understand spend trends and budgeting accuracy.

  • Drivers at Risk for No Reimbursement

Identify drivers who are not receiving reimbursement and understand why (e.g., missing declarations or no mileage logged).

  • Latest Reimbursed Mileage vs 12-Month Average

Compare most recent reimbursed mileage to 12-month moving averages to flag anomalies or sudden usage changes.


Detailed Reports



If you need more customization, head to the Detailed Reports tab for further filtering and editing optionsThe Detailed Reports section of Cardata Intelligence gives you the tools to slice, filter, and customize your program data to fit your unique reporting needs. This functionality is available specifically in table report views, where you can adjust filters, fields, and formats for deeper insights.Whether you’re segmenting by policy, region, time period, or risk level, table views put powerful customization at your fingertips.
  1. Explore and Add Filters

For granular filtering:


Click the Explore button on any chart.

Use the filter panel to tailor results to your specific needs.


Example:To focus on at-risk drivers who are still active:

    • Set a filter for Driver Status = Active
    • Add a second filter for Risk Level = Red

You’ll now see a custom report zeroed in on high-risk, active drivers, no extra data cluttering the view.



  1. Export Your Insights

Once you've built a view that works:

    • Click the download/export icon
    • Choose from CSV, Excel, or PDF formats


Take Control with Detailed Reports


With the table report view in Detailed Reports, you’re in full control of your data. Filter, explore, edit, and export, so you can focus on making informed, strategic decisions while Cardata Intelligence handles the complexity.


ANOMALY DETECTION AND DRILL DOWN

Cardata Intelligence also detects unusual spikes or drops automatically using anomaly detection.

This helps you uncover unexpected issues as soon as they happen, and drill into the root cause.


Spot Red Dots


Charts will display a red dot when an anomaly is detected.

This could represent a sudden drop in reimbursements or a spike in mileage.

To view the explanation, right-click on the red dot to see what changed and why Cardata flagged it.



Drill Down

Click to break the data down by division, then further into individuals.


Example: A reimbursement drop traced to the Marketing team, with Lisa and Steve each contributing equally to the dip.

Take Action

Use these insights to follow up quickly, correct issues, or adjust your program.
