How to classify trips

You only receive reimbursements for trips that have been classified as business. To avoid leaving business trips unclassified, it’s essential that you make it a habit to classify all of your trips at the end of each day. Once you’ve got the hang of it, classifying trips takes seconds. 

Follow these instructions to classify your trips using Cardata: 

  1. Open Cardata.
  2. Tap the Unclassified tab on your Driver Dashboard.

  3. On the Classify Trips screen, you’ll see a list of trip cards that are still unclassified.
  4. To classify the trip, tap either the ‘Business’ or ‘Personal’ tab. We recommend that you classify every trip listed.
