Completing Approval Reports
As a manager, you‘ll be asked to approve your driver’s mileage each month. To do this, you need to locate and approve the managerial approval report.
Every month, you’ll receive an email reminding you to approve your driver’s mileage. Receiving this email means that the approval report is ready for you to review and approve.
To access the report:
- Log in to your Cardata Cloud manager profile.
- Click the Tools tab on the left side of the Manager Dashboard.
- On the ‘Tools’ page, click the Manager Approval Report link. From there, you’ll be able to open the driver mileage report.
On the reports page, confirm that the reported mileage is correct, and click Submit.
That’s it! You have now approved your driver’s mileage for the month.
Please note that if you miss the manager approval deadline, your approval report will be automatically populated and submitted. This way, your drivers will still receive their reimbursements.
