How to update your banking information
You can change the bank account connected to your account through the Cardata app.
Before you do anything, get the following information associated with your new bank account: The routing number, account number, and account type (or transit number, institution number, and account number if you're Canadian.) Where do I find my banking information?
Here’s how you can change the bank account connected to your Cardata account:
- Open Cardata.
Open the side menu by tapping the three-line menu icon at the top left corner of your Driver Dashboard.
Tap Profile.
From your profile, tap My banking.
Tap the purple Change bank account button.
- If you’re American, enter your routing number, account number, and account type. You’ll enter your account number a second time to confirm that the number is correct.If you’re Canadian, enter your transit number, institution number, and account number. You’ll enter your account number a second time to confirm that the number is correct.
- Press Save.
Your bank information should now be updated on Cardata.
