Reimbursement FAQs

What to learn more about how reimbursements work? You’ve come to the right place! 


How and when will I get paid?

Your reimbursement will be directly deposited into the bank account you provided us with.

You will receive mileage reimbursements on the same day every month, unless that day falls on a weekend or holiday. In that case, you’ll receive your payment the following business day. Your exact payment dates can be found in your company car policy, or on the My Payments screen in the app.


What happens if my usual reimbursement date falls on a weekend or holiday?

If your reimbursement date falls on a weekend or holiday, your payment will be deposited on the next business day, by the end of the day. 


Do I have to use my personal bank account information?

Yes, your personal bank account information must be entered into Cardata Cloud. This ensures that your reimbursements are sent to your bank account. 


Should I use a savings or checking account? 

Either one! We accept both savings and checking accounts. 


I need to change the bank account linked to Cardata. How do I do this?

I need to update my banking information. When should I do that in order to make sure my next reimbursement ends up in the right account? 

Your deadline for changing banking information can be found in your company car policy, which you can find in the app by opening the side menu, tapping My Program > Car Policy.


I didn't receive my deposit but I'm green light. What happened?

Check the banking information that you entered to ensure it is correct. If it is correct, reach out to your financial institution to see if the payment is pending.


I put in the wrong bank account. What will happen?

If you entered the wrong information, your payment will be returned and you’ll receive an email stating that your payment has not been deposited. 

Please update your bank account information as soon as possible. Once we have received the return from the bank and you’ve updated your information, it will take 3-5 business days for you to receive your reimbursement.
