What is a current active period?

A new current active period begins on the 1st day of the month and ends on your driver lock date, which varies depending on your company. Each current active period is just over a month long. How do I find my lock date?

During the current active period, your mileage is recorded to calculate variable expenses (i.e., gas, oil, tires) for the month. You can also add, edit, and delete trips. After the month ends, you have a few extra days to make any final adjustments to trips from that month.

When the current active period ends, that month will be “locked” and we’ll begin processing your information for payment. Once the active period is locked, you will not be able to make any further adjustments to that month. 

It’s important to make sure that you’ve accurately added and classified your trips before the current period ends.
