Using a new app can be overwhelming, so we put together an onboarding task checklist with links to helpful articles. 

Work through this checklist (in order!) for a painless onboarding experience.

Onboarding Checklist

▢ Download Cardata on the device you use for work

▢ Activate your account (click for instructions)

▢ Verify your identity

▢ Create a password

▢ Configure your device settings (iPhone instructions HERE /  Android instructions HERE)

▢ Register for Cardata (click for instructions)

▢ Confirm your address

▢ Enter your vehicle info

▢ Enter your banking info (note: this step is only necessary if Cardata is handling your monthly payments)

▢ Upload your insurance (click for instructions)
